No Expiry on Credits
- Credits can be used at any time with no expiration.
- To maintain the same price after using your credits, you must top up the same amount again.

No Cash Refunds or Transfers
- Once topped up, funds cannot be refunded or transferred back to your bank account.
- Deposits are strictly for online purchases only.

Invoices & Receipts
- An invoice will not be provided separately.
- Instead, an automated invoice will be generated on the website after placing your order, based on the amount ordered online.

- We reserve the right to change these terms or cancel promotions at any time, without prior notice.

Processing Time
- Top-up funds may not be processed immediately.
- We recommend topping up at least 1–2 days in advance to avoid delays.
