1. Customised Products – No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our business, all products sold via our website (https://topprintcreative.com) are custom-made to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and entered into production.

We encourage customers to review all design proofs, quantities, materials, and specifications carefully before confirming the order.

2. Errors and Defects

If you receive a product that is:

Defective or damaged during production or delivery,

Printed with errors that differ from the approved artwork or specifications provided,

please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the defective item(s)

Any supporting documentation or approved artwork (if applicable)

Once we receive and verify the claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

A reprint of the affected item(s)

A partial or full refund

A credit note for future purchases

3. Customer Responsibility

GC Graphic Creation Centre is not responsible for:

Spelling, grammatical, or design errors approved by the customer during the proofing stage

Colour variation due to screen display differences and normal printing tolerances

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate order details submitted by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing all proofs and quotations thoroughly before confirming the order.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, GC Graphic Creation Centre shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

Courier or third-party delivery services

Weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control

No refunds will be issued due to such shipping delays. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.
