Scope of Services
GC Graphic Creation Centre provides online printing services, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, and other printed materials as listed on our website. All products are made to order and customized as per user-provided specifications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order. By placing an order, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Product Customization and Approval
a. All print products are customized and produced according to user-uploaded artwork or input.
b. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all design files and content are accurate, correctly sized, and free from errors.
c. We are not liable for errors in print caused by incorrect file submissions, including spelling errors, low-resolution images, or improper sizing.
Orders and Payment
a. Orders must be paid in full before printing begins.
b. We accept payment via methods listed at checkout. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
c. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Turnaround Time and Delivery
a. Estimated production and delivery times are provided on the product pages and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to volume, technical issues, or public holidays.
b. We use third-party couriers for delivery. While we will assist in tracking, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit.
Refunds and Reprints
a. Due to the customized nature of printed products, refunds are not provided once an order has entered production.
b. If you receive defective or incorrect prints, please notify us at [email protected] within 3 working days of receipt. We will assess the issue and may offer a reprint at no additional cost, subject to our discretion.
c. Claims must include photographic evidence and may require return of the original product.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any files or artwork submitted, but by uploading them to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.
Privacy

Governing Law
